Fresh butter
Sweet cream is the basis of all products of high fat content. Made from skimmed, unpasteurised milk and used for different fat content products e.g. 18% whipped cream, 82% butter. It is widely used for different gastronomic purpose as a basic ingredient of buffet meals and hot prepared dishes adding special flavour and smooth taste to food.
